Liquid Germall Plus is a broad-spectrum preservative, suitable for a very wide range of personal care product formulations. It is water-clear, colourless viscous liquid with a little odor and imparts no odour to the finished product.  The two active ingredients,  Diazolidinyl Urea and 3-Iodo-2-propylbutylcarbamate (IPBC) have a synergistic preservative effect.  Germall Pls Liquid controls Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, yeast, and mold.

INCI: Propylene Glycol (and) Diazolidinyl Urea (and) Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate.

• May be used in a very wide variety of personal care products, from Shampoos to lotions.
• Stable in most cationic, anionic and nonionic water soluble formulas.
• Compatible with most cosmetic raw materials.
• Use levels in a finished formulation is 0.25% -1%
• pH stability : 3 – 8.
• Add at 50°C or below during the cool down stage of processing.
