Liquid Soy Lecithin
Liquid Soy Lecithin is a versatile emulsifier and stabilizer for natural formulations. It can be used in oil, water emulsions, combination with Emulsifier 'O' or other emulsifiers, or can also be used to make water in oil emulsions of low viscosity.
Soy Lecithin liquid is also a useful stabilizer for balms, ointments and salves. It helps stop vegetable oils and waxes from separating, furthermore it stabilises all types of emulsion.
Ingredients to make a stabilized salve for dry skin:
- 83.75% - Avocado Oil
- 10% - Beeswax
- 5% - Shea Butter
- 2%- Lecithin
- 0.25% - Essential oil of your choice for example Lavender, Rose, Lime, Patchouli, Cinnamon.
You can vary the amount of Beeswax and Avocado oil to make a harder or softer salve.
